GWJ Industrial Supplies and Construction, LLC is a New Orleans-based construction company with over 40 years of architectural design and construction experience. Founded, a licensed contractor, engineering associate, and accounting professional. The company serves residential and light commercial clients across the Gulf Coast. In December 2024, GWJ launched Chief-Estimator, a line of six professional Excel estimating and financial management workbooks built from four decades of real job site experience.

"After years of using programs that never quite gave me everything a contractor actually needs on a real job, I decided to build my own. As a working contractor with 40 years of structural design and construction experience, I knew exactly what was missing, so I created it myself. Every product was built from real world field experience, not from a A.I programmers who never been to a construction job site. General labor and material pricing is pre-loaded but use your own. Overhead and profit are built in with local sales tax calculations. Professional bid summaries pages are included for bid presentation. No subscriptions you own it.
